Jodie, the founding Director, has over 20 years managerial experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Music/Entertainment and Customer Service - setting the bar high based on personal experience.  She was invited by the President of the International Concierge and Lifestyle Management Association and the Founder of the Australian Institute of Concierge and Lifestyle Managers to join their respective, elite organisations.  Jodie served as the Vice President of Byron Bay's Chamber of Commerce - Byron United, is the Chair of the Marketing Committee for Destination Byron, co-founded Muliebrity Women's Network with over 1,000 members and volunteers on many Byron Shire Council and Community committees. 

With two nominations for Telstra's Business Women of the Year Award  Jodie says "I'm humbled and honoured to be nominated for such a prestigious award in our second and fifth years of public operation.  I'm very proud of the niche business I created in the unique and welcoming town of Byron Bay.  My team and I strive to achieve great heights every day in every way and always go above and beyond".
